PS4B will then provide you with a fixed price quotation for 12 months support, with no hidden extras. The price quoted will cover all advice sought, queries raised, remote support and on-site assistance. We do not limit the number of instances we will address in a month or the number of visits you can receive from an engineer.

Whilst all support is quoted on a 12 month basis, we aim to build long-term relationships with our clients and we are confident you will be happy with the service we provide. If you should wish to cancel or need to amend the level of service, we are happy to accommodate your needs, without penalty to you.


How will you work with us?
PS4B provides a flexible hassle free service tailored to your needs. We can provide engineers at your premises, remote fault diagnostics and resolution, telephone support and will set response times to meet your needs. We will have a minimum impact on your day to day operations and will always co-ordinate activities with you before doing anything that would require downtime.

What is the benefit of Remote Support?
Remote Support enables us to respond almost immediately to any problem or query. You do not need to wait for an engineer to visit! We can view the status of your system, perform diagnostics and rectify many faults as though we were physically on site. This ensures faults are rectified without delay.

Do you offer Guaranteed Response Times?


Yes. At the outset we will assess your business needs and agree with you the level of service you require. This will include Guaranteed Response Times.
