Richard
Managing Director |
With over 20 years experience in the IT Industry, Richard formed PS4B in 2005 with the aim of delivering a service that focused on customers as a core value.
“Many IT companies are technically capable, but deliver poor service to clients. At PS4B we put the customer first by communicating regularly, listening and responding with a professional, polite and adaptable service. We won’t tie you down to contracts that aren’t meeting the evolving needs of your business; we work with you to ensure the service we deliver is appropriate, affordable and effective”.

Kerry
Finance Director |
With experience gained providing financial support to a wide variety of businesses, Kerry is a key member of the PS4B team, Managing both the day to day financial needs and forward planning for the company she ensures the business has a stable platform from which to operate.
“It is important to keep up to date with industry developments and we invest in our staff and facilities to ensure we continue to provide a high quality, affordable service for our customers."

Carl
Technical Director |
Having worked for several years as part of a large, national IT company, Carl gained extensive knowledge and skills across both hardware and software solutions. He now brings this vast spectrum of technical skills to benefit PS4B’s clients throughout the midlands.
“Getting the right IT solution can save companies time and money but knowing where to start can be complex. Technology is constantly evolving and changing the ways businesses operate. Amar
Senior Network Engineer |
Previously based in Hong Kong, the land of technical advancements, Amar joined PS4B in March 2008. With his in-depth technical knowledge of Microsoft Networks; Amar delivers both help desk support and on site engineering to install and resolve network based queries.
“Network solutions are infinitely scalable to suit companies with five to five thousand employees plus! Often smaller companies don’t think about utilizing a network solution, but the benefits are great including easier data sharing, increased security and improved performance of individual PCs as the server takes the strain of common applications.”

Rob
Technical Consultant |
Having previously worked as an in-house IT Manager for a well known company, Rob understands the importance of reliable IT facilities. Rob joined PS4B in February 2008 and was specifically recruited for his strong customer service focus and his diverse range of IT skills.
“Companies rely heavily on IT for a range of operations which is great whilst everything is working. It is important to have a reliable IT service that will act promptly if things go wrong. At PS4B we can assist customers almost immediately with our remote support facilities and we can have engineers out promptly if a fault requires hands on engineering.”
