A junior football club has a brand new home kit for the new season thanks to Coventry-based IT firm PS4B.
The company has sponsored Croft Juniors Under-13s Blues – a club run by Lee Corden, a director at public relations firm PLMR Advent, also based in Coventry and a client of PS4B.
PS4B was established by Richard Hooper, who was himself a grassroots football coach, running his son George’s Finham Park Rangers team for almost ten years. Son George also now works at the family business.
Hooper senior said: “We know how important it is to get support for running the club so when we were asked if we could sponsor Croft Juniors, we were only too happy to help.
“Sport is massive when it comes to giving kids opportunities to stay fit, socialise and build confidence. We wish the team every success in the new season.”
Corden added: “We’ve always had a great service from Richard, George and the team at PS4B but we’ve also got to know the team there having worked with them for so many years.
“Richard has kept me informed on how his side were doing and it was a proud moment for him in taking the team to the cup final in their last ever game.
“Knowing he had that passion for grassroots football is the reason I approached PS4B for support and the new kit looks absolutely fantastic. We’re so grateful for the support.”
Croft Juniors Under-13 Blues play in the Leicester & District Sunday Juniors League.
